INGREDIENTS

2 cups bone broth or low-sodium chicken broth

2 tbsp dried onion flakes

1 tbsp garlic powder

2lbs (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2⁄3 cup no-sugar-added ketchup

1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1⁄4 tsp chipotle powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1 In a large slow cooker, combine the broth, onion flakes, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts to the broth, ensuring they are completely covered in the liquid. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
